This condo has, like all the other apartments, its name from the old days. Once upon a time servant spent the after work his well-deserved leisure time in a proportion of those premises, always in close proximity to the animals entrusted to him.

Today the sunny apartment is accessed via a separate entrance garden. The terrace is located on the south side of the house and is equipped with table, Equipped chairs and umbrella, the perfect spot for sunbathing in the afternoon or a warm summer evening.

The cozy kitchen has direct access to the terrace and is equipped with all the necessities, to direct the daily meal.

In one of the walls, the remains of an old brick kiln can still be seen, creating a quaint and cozy atmosphere. The adjoining bedroom / living room has two large windows and the old wooden floorboards characterize the room.

A smaller room can be used as living room, be used as a bedroom for a third / fourth person.

The new bathroom lights in fresh colors and motivated after a morning shower fit in the day to start.
